For product teams, studios and communities
Email gets buried. Push gets muted.
Give your users a channel they opt in to. Announce releases, events and outages, and they hear it on their desktop. No app to build.

Hear it
Sound familiar?
- Release notes land in Promotions.
- Push only works if you have an app and your users left notifications on.
- Your announcements channel is where updates go to be missed.
What it does
An opt-in channel
Your own channel with a follow link and the Hear updates badge.
Post from where you work
Post to your channel from the web, a webhook or an agent over MCP.
Spotlight series
Longer updates as a series of up to 8 cards, each with a link, sent from a webhook or an agent.
Recommended setup
Launch your channel
- Create your channel from the Product updates template: name, one-line description, voice.
- Put the opt-in link and the Hear updates badge where users look for news: changelog, docs, release notes, your in-app “What’s new”, your community.
- Connect your release pipeline: a webhook that posts to the channel when you ship. Add the channel to the webhook's Publish to my channels list first; with an empty list the webhook only speaks on your own devices.
- Keep it to what users want to hear: releases, events, outages.
Where you hear it
A browser tab on any computer, or the Windows desktop app in your tray.

What stops a channel from spamming?
