Guests pay when they book. Announcr keeps its share and the site plan out of that payment and pays your venue its split. No monthly bill, and nothing to pay for the moments.
How it works for a guest
- Scan the sign in the concession line. A “Get Announced!” sign with a QR code. Pick the moment, a name if you want one, and a voice from the catalog, then pay. About 90 seconds.
- Walk through the doors. Your phone hears the beacon above the frame.
- The lobby speaks. Your line plays in the voice you picked, and your card fills the screen. Staff did nothing: it scheduled itself and fired.
- Everyone turns around. And the next guest scans the sign.
How the pilot works for the venue
- Apply.
- We install a standalone kit with you in an afternoon: Bluetooth beacons at the doors, a mini computer on your lobby speakers, the screen optional. It does not touch your existing lobby AV. The venue buys the kit.
- Moments run on their own, and your split is paid out.
The same kit works at a stadium gate, without a screen.

Questions
Do guests need an app?
Yes, the Announcr app, which ships with the pilot. It is the same app people will use at home to hear their own announcements.
How does it know who walked in?
The guest's phone hears a Bluetooth beacon at the door and fires the moment they booked. No cameras, and nothing for staff to do.
Does it plug into our automation?
Not in phase 1. The lobby kit runs on its own.
What about the big screen?
In-auditorium pre-show moments come in phase 2.
What does it cost the venue?
No monthly bill and nothing for the moments. The one cost is the kit, which the venue buys. Your venue is paid its split of what guests spend.
