Listening is always free (including Important, when you opt in). Plans and credits cover what costs real money to serve: messages you send, webhooks, faster broadcasts, custom titles, and optional Sponsored channel promotion (Creator plan). Free accounts can still hear everything.

If something you hear is abusive or illegal, you can report it from Messages (and related surfaces when the control is available). Product ideas and bugs go to Feedback, not Reports.
