Recommended setup

The business pulse

About 10 minutes

  1. Create a webhook in Announcr and copy its URL.
  2. Send it the 3 events you would stop work for: new customer, failed payment, refund. Stripe and Shopify send them through a Zapier or Make step that turns each event into one short sentence; your own code can post directly.
  3. Add an hourly pulse: a scheduled Zap or Make scenario that posts one line, like “38 signups this hour, revenue up 12% on yesterday.”
  4. Connect Slack: invite the Announcr bot to the channels you care about and choose Messages for me.
  5. Optional, if you live on LinkedIn: add the LinkedIn Watch Grok Bot and pair it with Announcr Voice, so your morning LinkedIn digest is read to you instead of checked.

Do I need to write code?

No. Zapier and Make can post to your webhook without code, including events from Stripe and Shopify.

Only as much as you allow: quiet hours, pause any source, or mute everything.
